Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 13, 2017, at around 12:08, the Defendant boarded a multi-regional bus in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and sits on the side of the second seat window in the opposite side of the driver’s seat (23 years old). From around that time, the Defendant sucked into the buckbucks and bucks for about three minutes of a bridge, and sucked into the buckbucks, so that he can look at his sexual flag to the victim.

Accordingly, the Defendant publicly committed an obscene act.
