1. A. The defendant removes the ground structures of the land indicated in the attached Form to the plaintiff.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff owned the land of this case from January 4, 2013, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, B, 542 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”).

B. The Defendant, adjacent to the instant land, completed C Corporation in 1997, and before January 4, 2013, attached appraisal of the instant land is also attached to the attached land’s cadastral status survey result.

In the order of display 9, 5, 6, 10, and 9, the portion of (b) part on the ground that connects each point of 9, 5, 6, 10, and 9 square meters (hereinafter “instant portion of land”) has been installed on the sidewalk block and provided for pedestrians’ passage.

C. The amount equivalent to the rent on the part of the instant land, calculated by deeming the expected interest rate, including the market price equivalent to the portion of the instant land and the necessary expenses, as 0.035, is as follows.

2. Determination

A. According to the above facts as to the removal and delivery claims, barring special circumstances, the Defendant, as the owner of the land at issue at issue at issue at issue at issue at issue, is obligated to remove structures installed on the ground of the land at issue at issue at issue at issue at issue at issue at issue at the Plaintiff seeking the removal of the disturbance

The Defendant, as well as the former owner of the instant land or the Plaintiff, newly constructed a building on the instant land and reported the instant land to the effect that the Defendant invaded part of the instant land.
