1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 27,795,626 and KRW 26,50,576 among them, 24% per annum from May 5, 2016 to the date of full payment.

Therefore, barring any special circumstance, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the principal of KRW 27,795,626 and the principal of KRW 26,50,576, which is the day following the last calculation date of interest to the day of full payment, 24% per annum of the overdue interest rate from May 5, 2016 to the day of full payment.

In this regard, the defendant's non-performing defense that does not have the ability to repay the debt to the plaintiff in the state of assets. However, this is not a legitimate ground for defense, and the defendant's argument is without merit.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is accepted on the ground of the reasons.
