A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 16, 2020, at around 23:30, the Defendant obstructed the Defendant’s business operation of the victim’s restaurant by force by force, such as allowing customers who drink a disturbance for about 20 minutes of the disturbance to drink, and allowing them to drink, without any justifiable reason, while entering the said chemical, and having been planted in the said chemical, and the victim restrains it. However, the Defendant interfered with the Defendant’s business operation of the victim’s restaurant by force.

2. On January 17, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 01:10, within the F Zone in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu; (b) on the said ground, the Defendant expressed a desire to take a police officer in the said zone to “satisfying, wald, wald, wald, hyd, hyd, hyd, hydyd; (c) hyd, hyd, hyd, hyd; (d) 10 minutes of heavy noise; and (d) hyd, a slope G belonging to the F Zone in the Daegu mid-gu Police Station in order to have the said Defendant return to the said zone; (c) the Defendant re-entered the said disturbance and prevented the police officer from performing his duties on the protective measures, etc. of the police officer at one time at the face of the said slope.
