The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall cultivate plants used as raw materials for narcotics without obtaining approval therefor from the Commissioner of the Korea Food and Drug Administration.

Nevertheless, on May 13, 2015, the Defendant cultivated the 280 share of the raw materials for narcotics in the house and the math of the Defendant's house, which is located in the Yancheon-gun B, and around May 13, 2015.
