A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 14, 2020, the defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of kidnapping minors at Suwon District Court and two years of suspended execution, and the above judgment became final and conclusive on May 22, 2020.

1. On August 22, 2019, at around 07:03, the Defendant entering a residence was in front of the D apartment Edong in which the victim C, the mother of the Defendant, located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, was living. Through the joint entrance of the first floor of the above apartment, the Defendant invadedd the victim’s residence in total five times in total, from that time until September 1, 2019, by entering the corridor in front of the front door of the front door of the front door through the joint entrance of the first floor of the apartment.

On August 22, 2019, at around 07:03, the Defendant damaged the property by leaving the door door, which is the victim’s possession, in front of the E-dong heading door, as indicated in paragraph (1), on the ground that the victim C does not open the door, and by leaving the door door, which is the victim’s own.

4. On September 1, 2019, from around 19:30 to 21:47 of the same day, the Defendant threatened the victim, who is a lineal ascendant, by stating that “F and C. B.D. will die”, the Defendant’s lineal ascendant, in front of the E-dong apartment building E-dong, as described in paragraph (1), was able to cover and shade the window of the headered victim C (here, 62 years of age) in his/her hand.
