A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 13, 2014, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license on July 18, 2014, driven a vehicle of approximately 50 meters at a distance of about 0.075 meters from the front side of the Nam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City Sports Center to the front side of the same Hanyang-gu restaurant.
