A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a car at C.

On May 13, 2015, the Defendant driven the above car at around 20:30, and led the road near the village in the Hayang-dong, Hayang-dong, Hayang-dong, Hayang-dong, Chungcheongnam-do, to the south side of the Yyang-do office at a low speed on the side of the Yyang-do office.
