Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who is engaged in driving a B-learning car and is a holder of the said car.

1. On December 26, 2015, the Defendant, at around 19:30 on December 26, 2015, driven the said vehicle within about 3km from the street in front of the Cheongju-gu Cheongju-gu Cheongju-si Cheongju-si Cheongju-gu Cheongju-si, without a driver’s license.

2. No person who violates the Compensation for Loss of Motor Vehicles Act shall operate any motor vehicle, etc. on a road unless he/she purchases mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated the said vehicle that was not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place of Paragraph 1.

3. Any person who takes over an automobile registered in violation of the Automobile Management Act shall file an application for registration of transfer of ownership with the Mayor/Do Governor within fifteen days as prescribed by Presidential Decree;

Nevertheless, on November 2015, the Defendant did not file an application for the registration of transfer of ownership of a motor vehicle without justifiable grounds within the due date after acquiring the said motor vehicle from a person whose name is not known in Gwangju or lower-ju.

4. The Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act: (a) stated the date and time, place, and place in paragraph (1) in order to identify the driver by using the vehicle owner’s number, and (b) stated that the police officer belonging to the Cheongjuung Police Station F Zone G used to use another person’s resident number, and (c) stated a resident number of his/her friendship H.

Accordingly, the Defendant unlawfully used another person’s resident registration number as above.
