A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

While the Defendant joined the “C” of B from January 7, 200 to March 24, 2011 and paid monthly insurance premiums each month, the Defendant had attempted to receive a large amount of insurance money that can be actually paid due to long hospitalization, etc., even though it is possible to receive medical care as above, while entering into a total of 14 insurance contracts, including joining the “C” of B from around January 7, 200 to March 24, 201.

Therefore, the Defendant was hospitalized in the name of “cerebral Bribery” in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, even though it was possible to provide medical treatment at “E oriental medical hospital” for about 21 days from January 8, 2011 to January 28, 2011, and then filed a claim for insurance money with the Postal Information Center around January 28, 201, and obtained 570,000 won from the victim post office as insurance money from the victim post office on January 31, 201 and acquired it by fraud.

In addition, from around that time to July 3, 2015, the Defendant acquired a total of KRW 205,796,510 from five insurance companies, such as victim F, G, H, B, and post offices, on a total of 97 occasions, as shown in the attached crime list.
