1. As to the Plaintiff’s accident beyond D on January 5, 2015 operated by the Plaintiff, the Plaintiff against the Defendant.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The plaintiff is the operator of C (hereinafter "the medical center of this case") and the defendant is the heir as the deceased's wife.
B. At around 09:15, Jan. 5, 2015, D (Es and women) hospitalized in the instant hospital, D (Es and women) was shocked by her head due to going beyond the toilet in his/her hospital (hereinafter “instant accident”), and immediately thereafter, around 09:40, D (Es and women) showed severe stoves.
C. Accordingly, the Plaintiff’s employees took D as F Hospital at around 10:00 on the same day and received medical treatment. The medical records of F Hospital include “F Hospital’s medical records, nausea zone quality,vomits, and cmits, which were cut off from toilets around 09:30 on a gold day, and faced with head.”
G medical doctors of the F Hospital diagnosed D’s name of disease as “the disguised infection and salivitis of the unknown source” and prescribe the medicine of the corresponding fire extinguishing system.
The Plaintiff’s employees did not notify the Defendant and other family members at the time they transferred D to F Hospital as above.
D As above, while receiving medical treatment at the F Hospital, the health condition was not recovered even after it was returned to the medical center of this case. Accordingly, the Plaintiff’s employees went to an emergency room at the Gelim University Dongsung Hospital at around 17:00 on January 9, 2015. The medical records indicate that “(the accident of this case) is no longer ordinary and is likely to be in management, and continuous fever visits to the main source,” and the completion records contain the following contents.
E. On January 31, 2015, D’s medical doctor H diagnosed D’s name as “pathoty-free pathosis, cerebral cerebral cerebral cerebral Bribery, cerebral cerebral cerebral cerebral cerebral cerebral cerebral cerebral cerebral her, detailed unknown mecoptysis, and continuous mecopic symptoms for five days before the beginning of the year.”
