The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On July 22, 2016, the Defendant, at around 22:35, 2016, committed an assault against the Victim C (A, 46 years of age) who was the former wife in front of the Suwon-si, Suwon-si B, Suwon-si, and the horses and disputes with the victim who was sexually in his/her hand.

2. The above facts charged are crimes falling under Article 206(1) of the Criminal Act, which cannot be prosecuted against the victim’s express intent under Article 206(3) of the same Act.

According to the records, the victim can recognize the fact that he/she has withdrawn his/her wish to punish the defendant on October 10, 2016, which was after the prosecution of this case.

Therefore, the public prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
