If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On September 19, 2012, the Defendant cut down 83 copies of the standard tree planted at the same time by using mechanical saws without obtaining permission from the competent authorities in the forest and fields located in Gangwon-gu, Gangwon-do, and C.
