Defendant
A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 3,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.
The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
B is a person who operates the 'D leave room' in Suwon-gu Busan Metropolitan City, and the defendant A is a person who has been placed the above leave room in lieu of the defendant B while the defendant B does not have the above leave room.
No one shall commit any act of arranging sexual traffic, such as providing a place for sexual traffic.
1. On April 17, 2014, Defendant A promised to receive KRW 120,00 in cash from a police officer who enters the above rest room and pay KRW 65,000 to female employees engaged in sexual traffic in the above rest room, and Defendant A committed acts, such as arranging sexual traffic, by providing the above female employees with a room for sexual traffic so that they may engage in sexual traffic.
2. From March 15, 2014 to June 25, 2014, Defendant B committed an act of arranging commercial sex acts, etc. at the above rest room, from around March 15, 2014 to around June 25, 2014, Defendant B promised to receive KRW 120,000 per customer from an unspecified male customer who employs female employees and received KRW 55,000 per customer, and promised female employees to provide the said employee with a place to allow them to engage in sexual intercourse with customers, and at the same time, Defendant B committed an act of arranging commercial sex acts, etc. at a custom office.
