A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 17, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (non-licenseless Driving) and driven a 2 km c New-G car at around the 266 east of the Seaside in Busan Shipping Daegu, Busan, on the west-ro 19:00, without a driver’s license, on December 17, 2015.

2. On the above day, the Defendant called the KB Non-Life Insurance D Center to an employee in charge of the damage caused by the damage on the road above the YY of the YU in Busan Metropolitan City, and caused a traffic accident while driving the E.

“The report was made.”

However, at the above date, at the above time and place, the Defendant: (a) brought about a traffic accident while taking the Defendant’s female-friendly job offer E on the top of the operation of the above car; and (b) the said car was covered by KB accident insurance with the Defendant as the insured; (c) however, the Defendant cannot be covered by the insurance due to a special agreement, and only one E designated by the Defendant can only be covered by the insurance; and (d) if the Defendant driven the above car, the Defendant was unable to receive the insurance money.

Nevertheless, the defendant deceivings the employees of the victimized person as above, and thereby, from December 29, 2015 to January 27, 2016, the defendant got a third party, such as the victim of the traffic accident, to deliver KRW 7,728,330 in total under the name of insurance money and the amount agreed, etc. for the traffic accident over 11 times from January 27, 2016.
