Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A was a marine fishery guard of Grade VI from April 18, 2006 to June 14, 201, and was in charge of the quality inspection and customs inspection of imported fishery products at the National Fishery Products Quality Inspection Service of the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries from June 15, 201 to April 17, 2012. The Minister for Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, the Quarantine Agency of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, the Korea Quarantine Agency of the Ministry for Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, the Korea Quarantine and Inspection Agency of the Korea Quarantine and Inspection Agency of the Ministry for Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, while serving in the regional headquarters of the Korea Coast Guard of the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries from April 18, 201 to March 27, 2013. A person who was in charge of the radioactive analysis and administration while working in the regional headquarters of the Korea Coast and Quality Control Service of the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries from March 28, 2013 to control the place of origin.

On January 2010, the Defendant received cash of KRW 2,00,000 in total 15 times from around 200 to October 4, 2012, as shown in the attached Table of Crimes (1), from the head of the office of the HF office of the HF and the office of the HF that received as an agent the import declaration on behalf of the importing company, including the head of the HF, for the prompt and smooth provision of convenience, such as customs clearance, and for the solicitation such as continuous provision of convenience in the future.

Accordingly, the defendant received a bribe of 14,800,000 won from I in connection with his duties.

B. From April 18, 2006, the Defendant was in charge of the quality and customs inspection of imported fishery products in Busan, such as the National Fishery Products Quality Inspection Support Center of the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries from around April 18, 2012, and was transferred from around April 18, 2012 to the office of the Ministry for Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries for the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries for the inspection of the quality and customs of imported fishery products, and was in charge of radiation analysis and administrative affairs at the office
