Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2] Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes (Fraud) at the Seoul Central District Court on May 10, 2013 and the execution of the sentence was terminated on April 23, 2014. Defendant B was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a year and six months at the Seoul Central District Court on June 27, 2014 and completed the execution of the sentence on April 4, 2015. Defendant B was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a crime of fraud at the Seoul Central District Court on April 27, 2015. On May 28, 2015, Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for the same crime and six months in the same court and three years in the suspension of execution, and Defendant C was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a crime of fraud at the Seoul District Court on June 5, 2013, and the execution of the sentence was terminated in prison on October 10, 2015.
