A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

The Defendant returned from July 2019 to January 2020 to the victim B (n, 22 years of age).

The victim seems to have suffered considerable mental impulse due to the defendant's crime.

The defendant is guilty of a foreign crime.
