A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On March 26, 2014, at around 04:30, the Defendant: (a) expressed dhop in front of the Incheon Bupyeong-gu Dhop in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon; (b) expressed a bath to the said F on several occasions, namely, “at least three occasions she was urged to invalid from the horse F of the Incheon Bupyeong Police Station E District 1 Team affiliated with the police officer of the Incheon Bupyeong Police Station E District 1 Team, who was called by a guest upon receiving a report of his disturbance; and (c) took a bath to the said F, without any justifiable reason, the Defendant was able to take off the glass window of the patrol car parked in the said place on his hand; and (d) said F was able to take the victim’s face with the left hand when she sawed the f’s f’s f’s bat with the victim’s hand.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted police officers in the process of performing official duties, thereby hindering police officers from performing their legitimate duties on the maintenance of public order.
