A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Seized evidence 1 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

On July 20, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year for the crime of confinement in Seoul Eastern District Court, which became final and conclusive on July 28, 2017.

From the end of June 2016, the Defendant is the victim C (V, 24 years of age) and the victim C.

1. On August 3, 2017, at around 07:00 on August 3, 2017, the victim who was dissatisfied with the victim at the defendant's home located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City D 618.

Accordingly, the Defendant destroyed the 990,000 won mobile phone screen of the above mobile phone and caused the system not to operate, thereby damaging one cell phone of the victim with the market value of 90,000 won.

2. On August 3, 2017, at around 09:00, the Defendant used the victim as described in paragraph 1 at the Defendant’s house on the same day as described in paragraph 1, and laid off the victim’s head debt on the bed, laid off the victim’s head debt on the bed, opened the victim in a bed, prevented the victim from getting out of office, set the victim’s body in a way that the victim would go out as his house, and threatened the victim with the victim’s body “if there is no death, then discarded.”

While the Defendant continued to take part in the victim, the Defendant has a kitchen knife (31cm in total length, 17cm in knife) which is a dangerous thing in the kitchen which the victim is about to take part in the house that happens in the bed of the bed.
