Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Defendant of the case] The Labor Union (hereinafter “J Labor Union”) was established on December 2, 2009 with the aim of community sports assistance, and was established as a group of local workers belonging to the Democratic Labor Group, consisting of four branches of business units and four members of individual members.
