A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 19, 2020, the Defendant opened a door leading to an emergency stairs inside the building in Gangdong-gu Seoul at around 23:30,000, which had not been corrected, and intruded into that door to the second floor of underground.
