Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 17, 2012, around 00:02, the Defendant driven a B Car under the influence of alcohol with approximately 500 meters alcohol concentration 0.215% from the front of the Geumjin-gu Geumdong-gu Geumdong-si, the name of which cannot be known to the Defendant, from the front of the drinking house to the front of the 78-10-o-ro of the same Gu Seobuk-gu, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol.
