Punishment of the crime

On March 16, 2013, the Defendant, at around 00:23, 2013, obstructed the victim’s taxi operation by force by force, such as not getting off from the above taxi for about 22 minutes on the ground that the victim was willing to get in the back seat of D taxi and to go to Incheon, which is a destination. However, the victim was refusing to get out of the above taxi for about 00 minutes.
