Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in the duty of driving CMW vehicles.

At around 22:20 on September 3, 2013, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.083% in blood, started driving the said vehicle at a section of about 30 meters in front of the Changdo-Eup, Namyang-si, Namyang-si, Namyang-do, by starting a road in front of 738% in the Changdo-gu, Namyang-do.
