A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 7, 2020, at around 20:30, the Defendant, as a matter of calculating the drinking value in the “D cafeteria” operated by the Victim C (son, 67 years of age) in South-dong-dong-dong-dong-gu, Namcheon-si, the Defendant: (a) had a verbal dispute with the Victim C with his head; (b) had the Victim C’s body stuffed; (c) had the Victim C’s neck walked with her head; (d) had the Victim C’s clothes walked with her head; and (d) threatened the Victim C with his/her wall by destroying the flab with his/her wall.

The Defendant continued to go to the victim E (the remaining, 54 years of age) who was a guest in the above dental house, saying, “packer shall go to her time,” while she sees to the victim E, and she did not take any care of the victim E, and she collected the victim E twice through two times, and the her face was faced with the victim E.

Accordingly, the defendant abused victims by using dangerous articles.
