Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the above fine is not paid, one hundred thousand won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

Around October 21, 2013, the Defendant, who received money from the Defendant’s account under the name of the Defendant, transferred KRW 70,000 to the Agricultural Cooperative (F) account in the name of the Defendant managing the Defendant’s personal funds, and received KRW 70,00 from the Defendant’s private funds for the victim, and transferred the money from the said account to the Defendant’s driver’s insurance premium on October 31, 2013, and then transferred the money arbitrarily to the Defendant’s private funds from June 20, 2014, up to June 20, 2014, the Defendant embezzled KRW 370,000 to the Defendant’s total amount of KRW 175,000 (30,000,000,000,000,000,0000,000 to KRW 2.5,000,000,000).

Around June 16, 2010, the Defendant, who received cash, embezzled KRW 2,021,230 from I, the president of the village center, in cash, for the second floor of the village center, using the sum of the village funds for three times in total, as shown in the attached list of crimes in the following: (a) the Defendant was using KRW 9,021,230 for the total sum of the village funds for three times, as in the attached list of crimes (2).
