A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall manufacture, import, store, transport, keep, or sell fake petroleum products, and shall store non-receptor 1 petroleum products which are hazardous substances at a place where no permission has been obtained from a competent authority for the establishment of a hazardous substance storage place.

Nevertheless, at around 14:00 on November 20, 2012, the Defendant kept fake petroleum products, a kind of 1 petroleum product, which is a kind of 3,132 liter, manufactured by mixing approximately 32% of the direction satisfaction compound (Toluene, etc.) and approximately 43% of the mertan, in the warehouse of the C company operated by the Defendant.

As a result, the Defendant kept fake petroleum products at the same time and stored hazardous materials at an unauthorized place.
