1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant is an redevelopment and rearrangement project association whose business area covers 232,885 square meters in Busan Dong-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, and obtained authorization for the implementation of the project on May 13, 2010 from Dong-gu, and received the approval for the management and disposal plan on July 20, 2015, and was publicly notified on July 29, 2015.

B. Meanwhile, the Plaintiff A was the owner of each real estate listed in paragraph 1 of the attached list in the redevelopment improvement project zone, and the Plaintiff B was the owner of each real estate listed in paragraphs 2 and 3 of the attached list in the redevelopment improvement project zone. The Plaintiff became the subject of cash liquidation because it did not apply for parcelling-out within the period of application for

C. The Defendant filed an application for adjudication of expropriation with the Busan Metropolitan City Regional Land Expropriation Committee, which did not reach an agreement with the Plaintiffs. On February 20, 2017, the said Expropriation Committee accepted each real estate listed in the separate sheet, and the compensation for losses was KRW 244,303,250 in the case of the Plaintiff A, KRW 387,03,70 in the case of the Plaintiff B, and the date of commencement of expropriation was May 4, 2017 (hereinafter “instant adjudication of expropriation”).

On April 7, 2017, the Defendant deposited KRW 244,303,250 as the Busan District Court No. 2341 in 2017 with the deposited person as Plaintiff A, and KRW 387,003,70 as the Busan District Court No. 2349 in 2017 with the deposited person as Plaintiff B.

E. For reasons of expropriation on May 4, 2017, the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of the Defendant was completed as the Busan District Court No. 28922, May 16, 2017, with respect to the real estate listed in paragraph (1) of the Attached List No. 28922, as to the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of the Defendant, and the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of the Defendant was completed as the Busan District Court No. 28894, May 16, 2017.
