Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 15, 2014, at around 05:46, the Defendant, “D convenience store” operated by the victim C(the age of 35) in Sinsi-si B, was drunk and obstructed the victim marina business by avoiding the disturbance of approximately 30 minutes, including spitation of spits on the floor, and thereby obstructing the victim marina business.
