A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Nevertheless, the Defendant, in collusion with F, D, etc., did not register credit business, and F, around November 22, 2015, provided by the above call center office by using personal information, such as telephone numbers, etc. about Z provided by the above call center office at around that time, via the above H and other counselors.
