Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 5, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 09:30 on July 5, 2019, at the new branch of C Bank located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the reason why the Defendant’s bank account was attached to D; and (b) requested the release of seizure; (c) the victim explained the reason why the release of seizure was not possible; (d) however, the Defendant interfered with the Defendant’s banking business operations by force for approximately 30-40 minutes, including continuing the victim’s demand, sound, and talking with the large interest.
