1. The Defendant’s KRW 50,000,000 and its amount shall be 15% per annum from April 20, 2019 to May 31, 2019 to the Plaintiff.

Of the partial damages for delay, the part seeking payment of the amount calculated by applying 12% per annum pursuant to the amended provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, Etc., as amended on May 21, 2019, is recognized as the interest rate from June 1, 2019 to the date of full payment, and the portion exceeding this is dismissed.
