A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. 도로교통법위반(무면허운전) 피고인은 2020. 3. 14. 21:35경 서울 마포구 B빌딩 앞 도로에서부터 같은 구 C 앞 도로에 이르기까지 약 1km의 구간에서 자동차 운전면허를 받지 아니하고 D 포르테쿱 승용차를 운전하였다.

2. No owner of an automobile in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any automobile on which mandatory insurance is not subscribed;

Nevertheless, the defendant operated the car without mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1.

1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

가. 피고인은 2020. 9. 7. 16:47경 서울 마포구 E 앞길에서부터 같은 구 F에 있는 G 월드컵점 지상주차장에 이르기까지 약 2.6km 구간에서 자동차운전면허를 받지 아니하고 D 포르테쿱 승용차를 운전하였다.

나. 피고인은 2020. 09. 10. 13:57경 서울 마포구 F에 있는 G 월드컵점 주차장에서부터 같은 구 E 앞길에 이르기까지 약 2.6km 구간에서 자동차운전면허를 받지 아니하고 D 포르테쿱 승용차를 운전하였다.

2. 자동차손해배상보장법위반 자동차의 보유자는 의무보험에 가입되어 있지 아니한 자동차는 도로에서 운행하여서는 아니 됨에도 불구하고 피고인은 전항 기재와 같은 각 일시, 장소에서 의무보험에 가입되어 있지 않은 D 포르테쿱 승용차를 운행하였다.
