1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 16, 2017, the Defendant driven a dump truck without obtaining a driver’s license, even if the articles of incorporation located in the Eup/Myeon of the Busan Metropolitan City captain-gun, which is located in the front of the library, at approximately 2 km away from the front of the road in front of the intersection of the same Eup/Myeon.
