Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who engages in the business of collecting and transporting waste fibers, which is wastes, in Namyang-si B.

Any person who intends to engage in the business of collecting and transporting wastes shall obtain permission from the competent authority.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from around 2006 to May 13, 2013, collected waste fibers from a person who collected waste fibers from a person who collected waste fiber in the Namyang-ju, using cargo vehicles C3.5 tons, and transported and stored them to the said place of business, and transferred waste fibers to the recycling company.
