A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 18, 2015, the Defendant: (a) driven a B-eth alcohol vehicle under the influence of alcohol for about 0.124% of alcohol content from the 3km section of Daegu Jung-gu, Daegu to the road near the 165-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul-do, in around 23:25 on the same day from the road nearwest-do, Daegu-do; (b) around 165:25 on November 23:15, 2015.
