Punishment of the crime

[2017 Highest 428 : Defendant A] From the F Co., Ltd. in the operation of Defendant in Kimhae-si, the Defendant occupied one of the CNC Line Co., Ltd. Co., Ltd. Co., Ltd., Ltd., a creditor Co., Ltd., in possession of one of the CNC Line Co., Ltd. (UMA240B, serial G).

On June 30, 2016, the Defendants conspired to enter into a lease agreement with the Hyundai Social Co., Ltd. and the two industrial infrastructure joint owners of the victim for the use of 3,00,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 3,029,298, and lease period of KRW 36 months from June 30, 2016 to July 20, 2019, and sold the above company after receiving two half of the above company’s transfer, which was kept in custody of the above company, at will on September 2016.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired and embezzled the victim's property.
