1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 21,00,000 as well as 20% per annum from November 5, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

(However, according to Article 256(1) of the Civil Procedure Act, when the defendant contests the plaintiff's claim, the creditor is obligated to submit a written answer within 30 days from the date on which the copy of the written complaint is served.

Since the defendant did not submit a written reply within 30 days after being served with the duplicate of the complaint, the defendant shall be deemed to have led to the confession of the facts constituting the grounds for the claim under Article 257 (1) of the same Act, and the judgment shall be rendered without holding any pleadings, but only the matters necessary to specify the grounds for the claim in accordance with Article 208 (3) 1 of the same Act
