Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On July 24, 2014, at around 20:30 on July 24, 2014, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, arrested a flagrant offender under suspicion of intimidation against F by the police box affiliated with the Yangcheon Police Station D police box sent to the site after receiving 112 reports in C Park in Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul. On the other hand, the Defendant assaulted and threatened E, “I wanted to see the Defendant, “I am at once, sick, sick down, sick down, sicked, sicked, cut down, sicked, cut down at once, and sicked.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the arrest of police officers.
