1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant Land Trust Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Land Trust Co., Ltd.”) is a company selling one complex among the apartment complexes A and B located on the ground of 25 lots of land in Gwangju City, Gwangju, and the Defendant Hanol Trust Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Samol Trust”) is a company selling two complexes among the apartment complexes of this case. Defendant Samwon Housing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Samwon Housing”) is a company entrusting the instant new apartment construction project to the Defendant Land Trust and Hanol Trust, and the Musan Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Co., Ltd.”) is a new apartment construction project of this case.

B. The Plaintiffs are those who purchased each of the households of the instant apartment from April 15, 2008 to August 5, 201, or who succeeded to the status of the buyer from the initial buyer.

C. The Plaintiffs are attached to the land trust with the Defendant or the Defendant Han Han Trust.

2. Each of the instant apartment sales contracts (hereinafter “each of the instant sales contracts”) was concluded for each of the instant apartment units, such as the details of the sales contract and the statement of claim amount by each Plaintiff. The main contents of the sales contract are as follows.

Article 16 (Other Matters) (2) Where the indication of the location, design drawings, etc. of model houses, parcels of printed matters for sale guidance, the division line on model drawings, etc. is partially modified in accordance with the authorization, report, etc. of the project plan after the date of conclusion of the contract, the land trust for the defendant, the first class trust, or the construction of walls for the public

b.(14) Various facilities (such as schools, road networks, telegraphs, etc.) indicated on public relations records, instructions, etc. may be modified in accordance with permission-granting authorities and national policies. Since various printed materials and sculptures are designed to help general understanding, there may be a little difference from the actual construction.
