The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. The Defendant, at around 13:26 July 23, 2016, expressed the facts charged in the instant case that: (a) around 13:26, the D Accounting Team located in Haguan-gun, Haguan-gun, asked the victim E of the victim E of her side glass twice in order to ask the victim whether or not it is necessary to drink her; and (b) the victim’s play her sexual indecent act was defective; and (c) among the seven customers who are shoppingized by her flag, the victim expressed that “Igs, Ispath, Ispath, Ispath, and Ispath, I am off.”

2. The facts charged in the instant case are the crimes falling under Article 311 of the Criminal Act, which can be prosecuted only when the victim files a complaint pursuant to Article 312(1) of the Criminal Act.

According to the records, the victim E can recognize the fact of revoking the complaint against the defendant on September 13, 2016, which was after the prosecution of this case was instituted. Thus, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
