When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 25, 2012, at around 01:00, the Defendant driven a lurbn vehicle B, at around 01:00, with alcohol concentration of 0.174% while under the influence of alcohol during blood without a driver’s license, the Defendant driven approximately 300 meters from the lurg that was in the same Dong-gu death at port to the lurg and the road front of the lurg.
