The status of the parties, the Defendants (appointed parties, hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant”), the designated parties, and the assignees share the Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government P&T 962 square meters (hereinafter referred to as the “instant land”) in the following shares:
The Plaintiff, 1704.3/2,9552/2/98, 39.2/39.2/98, respectively, Defendant C 13.2/985, Defendant D 13.2/985, 13.2/6/985, Defendant E 13.2/985, 13.2/985, Defendant E 7, 985, 76/2/985, 985, 985, 959, 13.2/5 of the Plaintiff’s share transfer registration, 95, 25/197.2/6/2/98, 985, 95, 25.3/195 of the Plaintiff’s share of land owned by Defendant D 25/1985/2/2/985, 985, 139/1985, 25/1985 of the Plaintiff’s share of land.
On the same day, the plaintiff also received a successful bid and completed the registration of ownership transfer in the attached list of buildings listed in paragraph (1) (hereinafter referred to as “instant building”).
The building of this case is located in the Sdong section according to the attached drawing and is part of the land of this case as its site.
The current status of the use of the land of this case is that the commercial zone is formed mainly with the newly constructed building around 1978 and is disadvantageous to the "T market".
In the instant land, there is a building that has obtained permission for the construction of a total of three buildings, such as the “T Market Udong” and “T Market Vdong,” and “T Market Vdong,” as described in Articles 2 and 3 of the attached Table 2 and 3 of the public record of the instant building owned by the Plaintiff.
All other co-owners except the plaintiff have divided ownership of each unit belonging to the T market Udong or V Dong which is an aggregate building.
On the other hand, the scope of the market was expanded on the part other than each site of the instant building among the instant land by merchants.
