Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,00, and by a fine of KRW 1,500,000, respectively.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are licensed real estate agents belonging to E-Chapter Association of Korea Licensed Real Estate Agents.

At around October 14, 2013, the Defendants conspired to make a 3rd KF University’s nearby the FF University, and even though the victims G, victims H, and victims I did not commit any act of election or intimidation in connection with the operation of the said Association, the G made intimidation to the Steering Committee. H made intimidation to the Director of the J branch in the process of recommending the head of the site. G and I exercised pressure to recommend the Director of the J branch. G and I exercised the pressure on the Head of the J branch. According to the 3rd FF Branch’s request for the above 4th FF Office’s request for the above 0 million won to K FF Branch, the Defendants stated the above 7th FF Office’s bill of amendment to the indictment as evidence, “The above 4th F FF Office’s request for the above 0 million won and paid 00 million won to the K FF Branch’s Association,” and the 10th National Real Estate Agents and the above ffax’s bill of amendment to the indictment.”
