A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the husband of the victim C(n, 20 years of age) and the victim D(n, 22 years of age).

1. Around August 17, 2013, the Defendant committed an indecent act by taking the victim C’s face, who was under the influence of alcohol at the small location of the Defendant’s residence, 114 Dong 206, Osan-si, Madon around the new wall on August 17, 2013, in two hands.
