1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 327,98,616 and KRW 106,848,876 from July 2, 2014.

1. Indication of claim;

A. On April 16, 2010, Defendant A borrowed KRW 360,000,000 from the Central Busan Mutual Savings Bank Co., Ltd. on April 16, 201, setting the due date of payment as 9% per annum, 25% per annum, under the joint and several sureties of Defendant B (Guarantee Ceiling 468,000,000).

B. On August 26, 2011, the Plaintiff transferred the above claims against the Defendants by the Central Busan District Mutual Savings Bank.

C. As of July 1, 2014, Defendant A’s loan balance is KRW 106,848,876, and interest and delay damages are KRW 221,149,740. Thus, the Defendants jointly and severally (Provided, That Defendant B is jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the sum of the balance of the loan and delay damages, etc. within the scope of the guarantee limit, and the agreed damages for delay as to the balance of the loan.
