On October 24, 2013, the Defendant conspiredd with about 10 residents opposing the 765kV transmission line, and interfered with the construction of the said bus by force by preventing the progress of the said bus on the front of the D 25 passenger cars, for about 20 minutes aboard the victim, including the victim C, who was going to the site of the construction of the transmission tower No. 109, at the top of the Dolet reservoir located in the Dolyang-dong, Dolyang-dong, Dolyang-dong, Gidong-dong, Gidong-dong, Gidong-dong, Gidong-dong, Gidong-dong, which was located at the construction of the transmission tower No. 109
