1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.

2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against I who is represented by the plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The non-party J, as a member of the plaintiff clan, is a member of the clan belonging to K, which is a member of the plaintiff clan, engaged in the management of the property, such as a mountain village owned by the plaintiff's clan on July 1, 2005, selling the real estate indicated in paragraph 1 of the attached Table, which is owned by the plaintiff's clan, to the non-party Maga Development Co., Ltd., for KRW 24 billion, while he was engaged in the management of the property, such as a mountain village owned by the plaintiff's clan.

8.3. Msan Development Co., Ltd. completed the registration of transfer of co-ownership in the name of Msan Development Co.

B. On August 2, 2012, Defendant Dosan Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. merged with Msan Development Co., Ltd., and completed the registration of co-ownership transfer on September 10, 2012 regarding the real estate listed in paragraph (1) of the attached Table.

C. The J sold, on behalf of the Plaintiff clan, each of the instant clans owned by the Plaintiff as follows.

(1) On November 15, 2005, J sold the real estate listed in Paragraph (2) of the attached Table No. 2 to Defendant B, and completed the registration of ownership transfer under the above Defendant’s name on November 29, 2005. On April 4, 2005, Defendant B sold the real estate listed in Paragraph (3) of the attached Table No. 3 to Defendant B, and completed the registration of ownership transfer under the above Defendant’s name on May 6, 2005.

Luxembourg on June 17, 2006, sold each real estate listed in paragraphs 4 and 5 of the Schedule to Defendant C, and completed each registration of ownership transfer in the above Defendant’s name on July 5, 2006.

On August 10, 2006, J sold to Defendant D the real estate listed in [Attachment 6] List, and completed the registration of ownership transfer in the above Defendant name on September 5, 2006.

Claimant on August 10, 2006, the J sold real estate listed in Section 7 of the Schedule to Defendant E, and completed the registration of ownership transfer in the name of the above Defendant on September 5, 2006.

(v) on August 10, 2006, the J sold real estate listed in paragraph (8) of the attached Table to Defendant H, and completed the registration of ownership transfer under the above Defendant’s name on September 5, 2006. On January 10, 201, the registration of ownership transfer was completed under the Defendant G’s name with respect to the above real estate, and then the application is filed by the desired mother-backed securitization specialized company, a supplementary participant.
