Punishment of the crime
On May 201, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim D, “The security deposit is insufficient for domestic funeral service. If the Defendant borrowed 16 million won from the loan, then the Defendant will put the monthly payment in good place.”
However, the defendant did not have the intent or ability to repay the borrowed money.
As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received a total of KRW 16 million from the victim on June 16, 201, and acquired a total of KRW 16 million on June 17, 201, respectively.
